Mikhail Mishustin Assessed New TMH’s Passenger Cars
The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin gave a positive review of TMH’s product line, presented to him during his visit to TMH production facility in Tver.
M. Mishustin highlighted the latest double deck passenger cars developed by TMH: “Honestly and sincerely, I like it here. We all travelled by train a lot. Very nice and, most importantly, well thought-through.”
The Prime-Minister pointed out the quality of engineering in regards to the non-compartment passenger car presented to him: “Imagine student teams, friends travelling here – I think it will be very convenient and comfortable; the ergonomics here is very clever.”
The Head of the Government highly evaluated the work of designers: “On the first look, you do not see much space, but when we sit here, talk, there are no problems at all.”
The Chairman of the Government got acquainted with the plant’s cutting-edge Production Management Center and ongoing production and management digitalization programs.
The head of the Russian Government visited TMH production plant in Tver on July 13 during his work trip to the city. He got introduced to the current and perspective products, created by the TMH group of companies – single and double deck passenger cars, including the car for the Egyptian National Railways and the concept of a passenger car in loading gauge T, new generation DC EMU EGE2Tv Ivolga 3.0, Series 81-775/776/777 metro train, RA-3 Orlan DMU, and TEM5x hybrid shunting locomotive.
Along with M.Mishustin the plant was visited by the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Saveliev, the Governor of Tver Oblast Igor Rudenya, and CEO of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov, advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vasiliev, President of TMH and Member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Andrey Bokarev, Member of the Board of TMH Dmitry Komissarov, CEO of TMH and member of the Bureau of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia Kirill Lipa.
